Camden Boardman

Prior to joining The Vireo Group, Camden earned his Master’s in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, where he focused on real estate finance, capital markets, and construction management. During his graduate studies, he served as a research assistant contributing to published work on the challenges and innovations surrounding the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technologies, and earned his LEED Green Associate certification.

Camden earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Auburn University and completed internships on Capitol Hill and with Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate, where he worked as an analyst for the brokerage team.

At The Vireo Group, Camden brokers land sales and works closely with landowners to structure and execute development opportunities on their properties, coordinating between ownership groups, developers, and investors to bring projects to market. He also represents an investment group in site selection, lease negotiation, and buildout coordination for a growing indoor golf simulator franchise with area development rights in South Carolina and select territories across Georgia and North Carolina.

Camden serves on the board of Turn Back the Block, a nonprofit organization in Augusta, Georgia, dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods and promoting homeownership. He is a licensed real estate agent in both Georgia and South Carolina.
