For eighteen years prior to joining the Vireo Group, Stephanie was Vice President of W. Rodger Giles, Inc., a real estate development and property management firm with holdings throughout the southeast including stand-alone retail units, shopping centers, and apartments. Stephanie’s duties included leasing, property management, CAM accounting, lease abstracting, acquisition identification and analysis, and bookkeeping. She was closely involved in all aspects of running this closely held corporation. Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989
