Prior to joining The Vireo Group, Melody was the Lease Administration Manager and MRI Administrator for fourteen years with Hull Storey Gibson Companies, a private owner/operator of over 13 million square feet of property in the Southeast.  During that time she also held the role of regional property manager for two years.  Melody has extensive knowledge in common area accounting, lease abstracting, percentage rent billings, ad valorem tax appeals, reserve accounting, commercial accounting, workflow processes, Yardi, MRI, Avidxchange, and Energy Solve platforms.   Melody received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia Regents University.
