Todd has over twenty years of experience managing and leasing retail properties in the Southeast and Texas for national and retail companies including Equity One and Hull Storey Gibson Companies. His work has included landlord representation for grocery store anchored shopping centers and enclosed regional shopping malls. Todd has developed excellent personal working relationships with the retailers who are actively opening stores in the Southeast and Texas. Todd is a real estate professional who embodies energy and desire in his landlord representation. He holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
